ORDERING

General

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We currently deliver goods within Sweden only.

Contact Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your order is accurate. The recipient’s name must match the name shown on your identification document exactly; otherwise, you may not be able to collect your parcel.

Your email address and mobile phone number must also be correct. Otherwise, you will not receive order confirmations, delivery updates, or shipping notifications. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.

You are also responsible for ensuring that emails from Bright Equipment reach your inbox and are not filtered into your spam folder or blocked by your firewall. We therefore recommend adding service@brightequipment.se to your contacts.

Shipping and Handling Fees

When shopping in our online store, the shipping cost is clearly displayed in both the shopping cart and at checkout. No additional fees apply.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through QLIRO. You can choose from a range of payment methods, including credit/debit card, direct payment, invoice, or Swish.

Order Confirmation

Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly; otherwise, you will not receive your confirmation.
