When your order leaves the warehouse, a delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
In most cases, your order will be packed and shipped on the next business day. However, during promotions or unforeseen events, it may take an additional 1-4 business days before your order leaves the warehouse.
The shipment will be sent to you, and you will receive an SMS as soon as the package is available for pick-up at a collection point. If you have not received your notification within approximately one (1) week, you are responsible for contacting us to inquire about the package.
If your order is returned to our warehouse because you have not picked it up in time, you will be charged a fee to cover part of our costs for double shipping, picking and packing, unpacking, warehouse management, administration, etc.
